what I am thankful for this Thursday....

ok...folks

My dad...
who is almost 80,
has insomnia,
healed from cancer,
bad eyes,
bad back,
hip problems,
back problems
and
lost a ton of money in the stock market...

is still leading folks to the Lord...
(college student he led to Jesus after passing out bibles on school campus last week)

I have to admit...
I think it's been over 5 years since I lead someone to the Lord...
maybe 10...

Folks we need to be about THE real business...
of taking folks out of hell.

I know I haven't focused much of my activity or even thoughts on this...
we're going to have to give an account!

There's no business like God's business...and what a blessing for your dad to still be responding to His calling! Your daughter's heart must be so proud of both your Dad AND your Father above...

Thanks for uplifting post...reminds me of my real purpose in life.
Many hugs today, my new friend,
Bina

Sorry Bina...I don't have any daughters...just daughters in the Lord. The girls pictured in the Revolve post were all my friend's kids...now boys...I've got those!

Sorry for the confusion...I hate apostrophies as I never learned to use them properly.

I meant YOUR heart...your heart AS a daughter.

It isn't just you...I leave many scratching their heads.

What a blessing your dad is!!! I love the opportunities where I can plant seeds with someone, and even better, lead them to the LOrd!

What a beautiful and living testimony your Father is! In spite of all he has been through, he is still leading the lost back to Christ. God bless him! Yes, you truly have a wonderful inspiration to be thankful for. What a father you have. God bless!

That's wonderful! I must admit that it's been a while since I've done some good evangelism. Thanks for the reminder!
