Yep...girlfriend/Aunt flo is here and I don't want to get on the scale...
But I must.
So let's go and see...

Yep...that's right...
A big...fat....ZERO!
The good side is...it's not a gain of weight...so I'm hoping...
praying...
begging...
that next week will be a big loss.
Hopefully I'll remember that as I get active today.

Way to go....I avoided my weight loss group this Thursday. I wanted to give myself a week to get back into it after our trip.....which was wonderful. Ventura County was as beautiful as ever. And there were so many Pirate things going on. We set sail on a little Pirate Boat off the pier in Santa Barbara and my Husband and little girl got to steer the boat. They had their eye patches on and little foam daggers. We saw sea lions and Dolphins swimming right at the boat. Beautiful!
Oh I'm so glad you had a good time in our little paradise. I was in SB yesterday afternoon (a quick turn around) since my oldest was marching in the parade. I know the feeling...I didn't want to get on the scale...but I did it anyway. It wasn't as bad as I thought...but I've really got to step it up.

Zero is good considering Aunt Flo won't mind her own business.....Oh, wait a minute.....it is her business. LOL Hang in there! You're doing good.

Can't beat a zero when you expect to see a 1 or 2! I didn't gain any either -- been holding steady. However I'm sure if I cut out the chocolate and drank my water, I'd go down. Scream!
