Saturday weigh in...


I said that I was going to lose 4 lbs. by the 4th...
well yesterday I weighed myself and


I was down by 3.


The problem is...


I don't want to get on the scale now...


to weigh myself.


Yesterday I went to a cookout (I know mistake number one).


I took my cut up veggies...


I even brought some fruit...


but somehow I ended up with chips


and a piece of chocolate on my plate (at least I didn't have a s'more)


but I had about everything else....uggghhh!


so now I'm dreading the scale...


because I won't be able to put I lost 4 by the 4th.


The day isn't over.


If I could get myself on the scale I could end all this mess.


I think I'll wait to tomorrow.


So I can at least have fun today...


but not with food.

Down 3 is really good. Anything 'gained' in one day is fluid retention. It will go away soon!

PS - I plan on having a s'more or two during our camping this week!
