Friday Photo Flashback!

Well it's Friday so it's time for Alicia's Friday Photo Flashback.

Boy I really went into the vault...
(raided my sister's house)

back before the big earthquake of 1975 (or was that '72)

and before the invention of Coldstone's
(can you tell I'm dieting)

No one had cellphones, microwaves

or pump antibacterial soap.

McDonald's was a once a month treat...(if that)

and our living room console TV has 12 stations.

Welcome to the early 70s.

That's me... on the left, my family calls me by my a family name so that threw me off when I looked at the back of the picture. (Before you ask...Lorrie really is my legal first's not a nickname and I still don't look like a Lorrie.)

My brother's in the middle (I think he would have been 11 or 12 maybe) and my sister Moni would have been 2 if I was 3.

I just little shirt is cute...they don't make clothes like that anymore. Is that the console TV in the background?  Yep...I wonder when Romper Room comes on?

Well have a great weekend.

Blessings and Peace.

Awesome picture. You all are too cute. I think I might take a page from your play book and go scan a picture from my youth for next week.

I tried to find one where I'm hitting my brother with a toy hammer and I have some serious 70 boots on...but I think my brother has it. I've got a feeling I was a handful.

Lorrie you asked on my blog:

"Is that Stephen Arteburn of New Life?"

I don't know of New Life. You can however go online and read about Stephen and his books.

Precious picture, you all look so sweet! Love the bow!

Yeah, it was back in the 80s. You reminded me about the two skinny belts. I forgot about those, lol!
