I wish I could post my actual weight...but I'm just not ready for that. Give me a few more pounds...promise.
There is a praise...this week I'm posting a weight loss of....drum roll please....
5 lbs. from last week.
That would be a grand total of 10 lbs since I started March 21. It takes about 25 lbs to equal a dress size with me being so tall (5'10" 1/2). Right now I wear a 20 or a 22 on the bottom and a 22/24 on the top...watch out size 18/20...here I come.
Things to improve next week.
Make it to the gym 3 days... I need to drink MORE water...lay off the sugar and sweets when offered...
stay away from wheat products...
keep sweets out of the house!
Things I have improved...we are eating out less at fast food...I'm drinking more water (but I still don't like it as well as apple juice)...I am exercising more and I'm making healthier dinner (I haven't friend chicken in a while).
Pray for me as I incorporate these things into my life. My knee has been hurting after going to the gym...but I know if I take off more weight it won't hurt as much.
A healthier me means a healthier wife and mother for my family. It also means more energy to get things done. Thanks to everyone who's been praying for me and the encouragement...it really helps.
