Well it's summer and I decided to showcase summer in all it's glory...
now you know I'm a bit of a pranskter...
but when I found these in my creative moments box...
(after I swipped them from my dad...)
I knew I had to put them in...
picture of my dad and one of my favorite uncles...in July 1972.
Wow...they look so fit and trim...trim and lean...
and look at those BIG and MEAN looking fish!
Well God bless 'em...
They're still fishing after all these years...
But what has happened?
It's 1987 and here they are...
my uncle Thurman and Lisso on the left and dad on the right...
Now the fish are small and lean...and the men look
MEAN and BIG!
(Just to be on the safe side...I'm gonna hide the switches!)
(You'd have to know our family to appreciate the needling we do...we really are stinkers!)
There is also a lot of wisdom in the last picture. We're blessed to have all three of them still living. They don't fish as much as they use too...but they can cook up some fish like you wouldn't believe.
Love you Uncle Thurman, Uncle Lisso and Dad!
Have a great weekend!
