Weighing in...I picked up more than some blueberries...

They look so innocent when you pick them...

My niece ate them natural... everyone else ate them raw...
but somehow mine feel into some sugar, butter, cornstarch,
vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, heavy whipping cream and a crust.

Well it's Wednesday and can you tell we aren't on a schedule around here.

Sleeping until 8 (that's so unheard of...)

Goofing around....

if it wasn't cloudy and cold...summer would be in full force...

Anyway

with all the graduating and Father's Daying....

somehow...

I fell off the wagon.

The weight band wagon.

Let's see how it happened...

Well it started sometime last week...

I stopped exercising...(too busy - ok excuse...)

and I went blueberry picking (only I could take blueberries and make them unhealthy)...

My boys likes blueberry cobbler

and I like to make them blueberry cobbler...

and I like to eat said blueberry cobbler...

My friend had a fish fry...

I don't want to be uppidy and not have a taste of...

everything.
(Twice...ok three times and we had the last of it yesterday)

Father's Day...my husband deserves to eat out...

he works so hard.

But he really likes Mexican food... and we had Italian for lunch.

So I made Mexican that night...

I don't want to disappoint.

I have to eat the leftovers...I can't send Mexican food to China or Africa.

Back to the fish fry...

My friend and I are missing our boys at camp...

So I think we're eating our way through the week...

I just keep thinking...if I just keep writing I won't have to reveal...

I gained 2 lbs.

ugghhh...

ok...so I'm back on the wagon..

Blueberries can only be eaten in their natural state.
No more fried anything (for a while),
start back running behind Bryson and his bike...
and stay away from that homemade Mac and Cheese (sorry Dina)

Lord...help me to purge myself of gluttony...
it really is the only sin you WEAR on yourself...

Blessings.

Its like, when we fall and ask God for forgiveness, and He picks us up everytime and we are so thankful that He does not give up on us and we move on and strive to do better with the strength of the Lord to guide us.
Wonderful Savior

It happens all the time....a couple steps back, then a step forward. Think of all the great nutrients in blueberries!! And sleeping in a little, goofing off...it's good for you now and then. Ummm, I do it more than now and then! :)

Good for you for getting back on the band wagon! That's the only thing that matters...getting back on, because I think the cobbler would have been so well worth it. A baby step back...and I promise the steps forward will be well worth it.
