HELP!

Even though I'm a little off beat this week.
I can still exercise.
I'm not prone to exercising...nope! 
Don't like it! 
Not interested! 
Am not motivated!

But there is one thing that seems to motivate me.
I'm a people pleaser (well sometimes)
So I'm trying to use that to my advantage.

Vote what I should do for exercise today.
Maybe that will encourage me to workout...or just move...anything.

Whether it's one or 20 votes in a day by 12 noon...
You'll decide what I'll do that day.

Maybe this will spurn me on...

And I hope that if your poll stays tied you still workout! Lol! :S

You know what exercise I was thinking about the other day? Good ole Jumping Jacks. Not sure if they still do those in PE. You can do it today or saved it for Flashback Friday.

ok I think that's a good idea for Friday Sandra...doing old fashioned exercises like from PE...anything with some novelty to it is a good thing.

Beach is about 5-10 minutes away...but it's not warm at the beach unless it's HOT here...and right now...it's too cold for me.

Download "Proud" and listen to it whenever you feel like shirking and treating yourself poorly by not working out. It does the trick for me, every single time!
